What you see here is how most conversations end up when logical arguments make more sense than the prejudices we were taught to live by and obey without thinking.

So in the end you see a turn in what started as conversation/observation. It becomes a personal attack and giving the "finger" is the somewhat "kind" last resort answer of the small-minded.
